Can I buy Design without a report first?

You can, but the report is what tells us exactly what to fix, so most engagements start there — it's often the fastest path to a firm scope.

Does Design work include monitoring afterward?

No. Design fixes your site once; keeping watch afterward is Scout's job, sold separately — see the Monitoring page.

What if the job doesn't fit a standard scope — several locations, websites or brands?

That's a proposal: we scan a few of them free, then quote, and a person runs the walkthrough and the fix plan. Ask for one on the contact page and we reply within one business day.
