The deal, in plain English

Effective July 2, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Vibethesia LLC (13395 Voyager Pkwy, Ste 1290, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, USA), which operates AI True Score. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

The free Glimpse

The AI Readiness Glimpse is free. No card, no account. It checks foundation and authority direction we can confirm safely — a starting point, not a promise about any specific AI engine's output.

What the report is

The AI True Score Full Report is $79, one-time. It's built for your site and emailed to you right after checkout — usually ready within minutes. It adds The Naming Test (proof of whether AI names your business), competitor visibility, AIFSO-7 priorities, ASEO+ recommendations, and the Sidecar Blueprint. Real people build and tune the scoring and stand behind every report — reply and a human answers.

The AI True Score Advanced Report ($129, one-time) includes everything in the Full Report plus a plain-English rewrite prepared by a real person and a 20-minute walkthrough call, delivered within one business day. Everything under Billing & refunds and Our guarantee below applies to the Advanced Report the same way.

Billing & refunds

The $79 report fee is charged at purchase through our payment processor. Your report is generated and emailed right after checkout, usually within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, or something goes wrong on our end, reply to your purchase email and we'll either fix it or refund you in full. Our guarantee below is the primary remedy for a delivered report you're not happy with.

Our guarantee

If your report doesn't surface at least 3 real opportunities — a specific, named fix or gap we identify in it — it's on us: full refund within 14 days of delivery. To claim it, just reply to your report email and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Only submit a website you own or are authorized to analyze. Don't use the tools to attack, overload, or probe systems you don't control, and don't try to reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may rate-limit or block use that looks abusive.

What we don't promise

AI engines are third-party systems we don't control. We help improve how clearly AI can find, understand, and recommend your business — but we can't and don't guarantee a specific ranking, citation, or placement in any AI engine's answers.

The Dual Domain Sidecar

If you later choose the Dual Domain Sidecar — where we build and monitor a dedicated AI-answer site for your business — your $79 report fee credits toward the one-time setup, as described at checkout. Pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly monitoring fee. You can cancel the monthly monitoring at any time; there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

Who owns the domain

By default, we register and own the Sidecar's domain name. We keep our setup fee deliberately low — it doesn't cover what a site like this really costs to build — because we expect to earn your business over time, at least across the first year, through the monthly service. Owning the domain is how we protect that: it means a client can't have us build the whole thing at our expense and then walk away with it a month later.

You can leave whenever you want. Cancel in month 4, month 7, or any time — there's no lock-in. If you cancel, we take the Sidecar site down and keep the domain we registered and paid for. You keep everything that was already yours: your existing website, your own domain, and your report.

Prefer to own the domain yourself? Some clients would rather hold the Sidecar's domain in their own name and give us the access we need to build and manage it. Because that shifts who carries the build cost and the risk, it's handled as a custom arrangement rather than the standard offer — email us and we'll work up a tailored proposal for it.

Exclusivity

We don't promise exclusivity by default, and we can't guarantee you'll be the only business an AI engine names — AI engines are third-party systems we don't control. For active, paid Dual Domain Sidecar clients, limited exclusivity within a category and territory may be available on request, and only when agreed in writing. It does not apply to AI Readiness Glimpses, the AI True Score Full Report, educational content, or businesses outside any agreed category and territory.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibethesia LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the “Effective” date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
